Organise Content with Folders
Organising content with folders makes it easier to locate and manage your materials. All the same functionality that is on the Manage page is also available in a folder.
- Navigate to the Content > Manage page.
- Click the Create Folder button in the top-right corner.
- Enter a name for the folder.
- The folder will now appear on the Your Content page. You can move it to another folder, edit, or delete it using the ellipsis menu.
- To add content, either click Upload new content within the folder or move content into it via the ellipsis in the Action column or the ellipsis on another folder.
Content Details Sidebar
Utilise the Content Details sidebar to access essential information about your content. To open the sidebar, select the Details action from the ellipsis in the Action column for the content you wish to review, or simply click on the content itself. There are a number of tabs each displaying information about the content.
- Overview tab: This tab displays information about the content.
- The title and description which can be edited.
- A chip displaying the standard the content is in ie xAPI.
- The activity ID if available
- The version of the published content.
- The last published date, the creation date, and the last modification date.
- You can download the launch file from this tab.
- Version tab: This tab is where you manage content versioning. It displays the number of content versions, indicating which version is currently live.
- It displays the published date, the person who published it, the content size, and the uploaded original file name.
- Each version has an ellipsis where you can edit, preview in a new tab, publish, download the original content, or delete the version.
- You can also upload new versions directly from this tab.
- Completion Settings: This tab will only be displayed with xAPI, Audio, Image and Video content. It gives you a choice of selecting how you want to trigger the completion of your content.
- For xAPI content you can configure which verb should indicate the content is complete.
- The three most common verbs are listed for section and you can also type/search a verb you want to select.
- For xAPI content you can configure which verb should indicate the content is complete.
- For Video content you can select ‘On Load’ which is the default or ‘On pressing play’ or ‘On playing until the end’ as the trigger to mark the content as complete
- For Audio content you can select ‘On Load’ which is the default or ‘On pressing play’ or ‘On playing until the end’ as the trigger to mark the content as complete
For an Image the default is On Load there are no other options
- Key Metrics tab: This tab offers a visual overview of how many learners have interacted with the content.
- Included is a count of total learners and the percentage of content completion.
- You can filter the metrics by licences and accounts.
- The success rate is also displayed.
- Licences tab: This tab lets you see what licences are applied to the content
- The account name, licence name, user limit and status of the licence are displayed.
- Audit tab: This tab allows you to view the history of the content, including any updates or changes that have been made. You can filter by the different updates and select a date range. There are three update types displaying who made the update and when.

- Learners tab: This tab allows you to view information on the learners who have accessed the content.
- The learners identifying information which will be determined by the format of the content. For example it could be a student ID or an email
- The version of the content the learner accessed
- The referrer which will be the domain name of the platform that the content was accessed on
- The date the content was first accessed
- The status of the learners progress complete, incomplete, passed or failed depending on the content.
- There are filter options to help you drill down for information you are looking for
- There is a toggle which when switched on will only display the learners latest status. When off it will display previous versions of the content a learner has interacted with.
