If a workflow item error occurs, the workflow will need to be reactivated for a particular user. Here’s how to do that:
Click Jobs in the sidebar on the left side of the screen from either a workflow or the workflow overview screen.
If an error occurs, Automation will automatically retry the job three times. If the job fails more than three times, it will appear on the Jobs search with the word error listed under status.
When you click on the job, you will see the current status of all the variables and can use the change
variable box to adjust them. This should allow you to diagnose any problems in your workflow and to fix
them. Once you’ve done so, hit retry to reactivate the workflow.
