Summary: Enable unsubscribe in your campaigns so learners can remove themselves. You can customize the text if you'd like.
You can allow learners to unsubscribe from your campaigns by adding unsubscribe options to your emails. Here's what they look like:
When a learner unsubscribes from a workflow they will no longer receive emails from any workflow in the same campaign. Unsubscribing does not, however, prevent them from being enrolled on workflows or from other workflow items taking effect. For example, if a workflow in the same campaign contains an email item and an Enrol on a Learning Experience item, they will not receive an email but they will still get enrolled on the specified learning experience.
Note: This guide is about giving learners the opportunity to unsubscribe themselves from workflows. If you want to manually unsubscribe learners as an admin, see this guide.
