The email summary plugin generates a daily summary of learning activity and emails it to users with the relevant user permissions. Users will only see learning activities from learners within their organisation.
What’s in the mail?
The email summary contains the following information from the previous day:
- Enrolments - learner name, course name and time.
- Activity completion - learner name, learner email address, course name, activity name, score, activity type and time completed.
- Course completion - learner name, learner email address, course name and time.
Things to note:
- The email contains the date of the summary.
- The email contains the organisation logo.
- Records appears in table format.
- Learner names appear as links to their profile.
- Email addresses appear as mailto links.
- Course names appear as links to the course.
- Activity names appear as links to the activity.
