In the Roles section, you can assign the roles Learning Experience Admin, Learning Experience Tutor and Learning Experience Record Uploader to learners. These are Learning Experience specific roles.
Once you've ticked the checkbox, the learner has these permissions. You don't need to press any further buttons to confirm or save this. To remove the permissions, simply untick the relevant checkbox.
- Learning Experience Admin: Can edit the LX content, as well as all Course Tutor permissions.
- Learning Experience Tutor: Can view learner progress, moderate contributions (comments and user-generated content), send LX emails, and enrol users.
- Learning Experience Record Uploader: Can import completions for any learner on the platform for the learning experience.
