Prerequisites: If manager sign-off is not available to you, it may need to be switched on in your platform. Talk to your account manager or email support@learningpool.com to discuss getting it enabled.
Manager sign-off can be enabled on objects in a learning experience. They aren't considered complete until the manager has signed off on them. Managers and learners can leave feedback on an object, this feedback is only visible to the manager and learner.
How to add it
Go to the learning experience you want to add manager feedback to, click Manage Content, click on the pencil icon on the object you want to add manager feedback to and expand the Feedback and Sign-Off option.
Enable Sign-Off: Switches manager sign-off on. This disables comments and replaces them with the learner sign-off prompt. |
Enable Feedback: Allows the manager and team member to communicate with each other on an object via notes. This communication is private. |
Require Content Completion Before Sign-Off: With this setting enabled the user must complete the object before their manager can sign off on it. |
Manager Sign-Off Prompt: Set a custom message which will appear for the manager when viewing the object. This message is highlighted and appears at the top of the object viewer. |
