The team readiness page shows a team's overall capability level. This is useful when identifying skill gaps across an entire organisation, team, or role. Managers or HR can assign current or future roles to team members and immediately see the skills-readiness level of individuals and the entire team.
Adding capabilities
Each column on this page is a capability. Once a capability is added you can see how capable your team is. To add a capability, click Select a capability at the top of one of the columns:
Once you've added some capabilities you can hover your mouse over each cell to view additional options:
Add to overall team readiness score
Clicking the factors the corresponding person's ability in the corresponding capability to the Overall team readiness percentage displayed at the top of the screen. Adding multiple capabilities from multiple people gives you an overview of how ready your team is for certain tasks:
View skills gaps
Clicking the will display a breakdown of that learner's skills and the gap between their current skills and the skills required by the capability.
Reporting
You can download a spreadsheet that includes the capabilities and people that you've selected. It's generated in the xlsx format. To do this, they click Download current view:
From here you can either click Generate XLS to create a new report or use the Download button alongside any report in the Report history section to access previous reports.
