Viewing jobs at a campaign level
To view jobs that are completed or in progress in a specific campaign, open that campaign and select Jobs from the sidebar:

To view jobs that are completed or in progress in a specific workflow, open the workflow and select Jobs from the top of the screen:
The job search page
When you open the job search page, you'll see the details of various jobs:
The STATUS column will indicate whether the job is in progress, completed, terminated, or has errors. If there is an error, there will be details of what has caused the error. You can click View Error to see additional details:
In this instance the error "Error: An API error occurred: invalid_blocks_format" indicates that the blocks added to the Message Slack workflow item is causing the error. You can also see how the variables in the workflow have been populated, which will help to troubleshoot the workflow.
When you scroll to the bottom of the Job error sidebar, you will see the option to update a variable and retry:
Opening jobs
If you click on the LEARNER FULL NAME, LEARNER EMAIL, or UNIQUE IDENTIFIER for a job, the job will open in the workflow viewer:
The workflow items will be different colours depending on their status:
Green |
Workflow item has successfully completed. |
Red |
Workflow item has failed. |
Grey | The workflow item hasn't been attempted, either because the workflow hasn't reached that point yet or because a condition workflow item means that it never will. |

The workflow item is currently in progress. |
When you hover your mouse over the tick or cog alongside a workflow item you'll see when it was either started or complete:
