includes some menus that let you view statistics about your campaigns, workflows, and emails. There are two main sections: Campaign reporting and Email statistics.
What is Campaign reporting?
Campaign reports show you the activity from each of your workflows, including the number of active users, number of completions, and the completion percentage. There's also a graphical representation of the statistics and it can be filtered to one week, two weeks, one month, three months, or one year.
You can export the information to a .csv file using the Export Users button in the top right corner. Reporting will only display information for workflows that have been activated. All reporting will be a day behind.
How to access campaign reporting
You can access these reports in a couple of ways. Within each campaign, you can click on the campaign reporting icon to open the workflow reports menu:

What are email statistics?
Email statistics give you a set of analytics similar to those found in email marketing tools. You can
use these to monitor how well your emails are performing and to identify any problems you might
be having.
The Delivery Rate is the percentage of the number of emails delivered divided by the number of emails sent.
Email Open Rate is the percentage of your learners who open an email.
The Click Rate (email click-through rate) is the percentage of learners who click on a link within an email.
Bounce Rate is the percentage of email addresses that didn't receive your message because it was returned by a recipient mail server.
How to access email statistics
To access the email statistics, go to your dashboard and click Email Statistics.
Here you will see a selection of stats relating to your campaigns and can export them as a CSV by clicking Export statistics.
You can click the download button on the bounce rate to download a CSV of email addresses that have bounced.
If you want to see statistics relating to a specific campaign, you can click on the campaign title.
From here, you can see the statistics related to a specific workflow by clicking on the workflow name.
Finally, you can view statistics related to each specific workflow item by clicking the green View drilldown button in the top right corner.
