Learning Pool LMS supports complete hosting and tracking of e-learning, including assessments, as well as sophisticated reporting for administrators and managers. With its powerful ability in mediating learning activities and keeping records of progress that is made within the platform, the LMS is able to present dashboard reports. This allows access to KPI information that helps identify trends at individual, team, and course level and subsequently distribute more suitable learning to people.
The LMS comes with over 65 out of the box reports which can be used by administrators to generate management information, and administrators have the ability to either edit existing reports or create brand new bespoke reports from scratch.
Reports can be easily created on items such as course completion by organisational unit, job role and completion status.
My Reports
The ‘My Reports’ area is a specific section that houses all reports that a user has access to. Reports can be scheduled to be emailed at a specific time and frequency so key stakeholders can view reports from the LMS without even needing to log in.
Learning is reported in a number of formats such as CSV, Excel, PDF and ODS.
The system additionally allows administrators to manipulate how data is configured so they can choose how it is presented for various reports.
Report Builder
The custom report builder allows for the creation of custom reports that may be restricted by hierarchy and assigned to specific users. For example, a team report or a line manager report can show course completions. Reports may be filtered and the columns and filters are all customisable.
The Report Builder also allows permitted users to create new ad hoc reports via a dedicated and intuitive user interface.
Email Reporting
Email statistics provide a set of analytics similar to those found in email marketing tools. Statistics can be exported to CSV.
My Team - Manager
In the same way that each learner has their own dashboard allowing them to easily see what requires completion each manager has a dashboard relating to their team. This allows them to see at a glance who is compliant, who is not compliant, and who is approaching non compliance. The dashboard gives them all the information they need to see how their team is progressing in every aspect of their learning journey including face-to-face seminar bookings, Learning plans, Appraisals, 360 Feedback, and Goals. This assists them in taking action if they feel learners need any additional support.
Graphical Reports
As well as producing reports from the report builder there is also the capability to produce graphs to visually represent the data in Blocks and Dashboards, which can sometimes make it quicker and easier to digest.
