Introduction
This feature allows administrators to manually remove individual users from specific playlists, even if protection settings are applied. It offers a dedicated interface where admins can view all playlists assigned to a user, search and sort through them, and easily remove users from selected playlists without affecting their group memberships. The feature includes confirmation prompts to prevent accidental deletions and logs all actions in an audit log for accountability.

Prerequisites
- To use this feature, you must have both the
ORG_EDIT_USERandORG_CPD_ADMINpermissions.
How to Use the Feature

Log in to the admin dashboard, and go to Users.

Select the user, and then click on the Playlists tab on the left hand nav bar.

All active playlists assigned to the user are displayed, with options to search by Name and Description, and sort by Name, Description and Assigned By.

Click the delete action under Actions column next to the playlist you want to remove the user from.

A confirmation prompt will appear. Confirm the deletion in the prompt.

A toast notification will then inform you that the playlist removal is successfully queued. The system processes the removal, deleting all associated goal_enrollment_reasons, and either removes or archives the playlist.

Alternatively, click on cancel to cancel the deletion.
