Introduction
This feature provides administrators with a user-friendly interface to view and manage playlists assigned to each group or workspace directly from the Groups and Workspaces page. Administrators can easily navigate to the "Assigned Playlists" section and perform actions such as viewing, assigning, or unassigning playlists based on their permissions. This functionality streamlines content management by eliminating the need to access the Playlists page for these tasks.

How to Use the Feature

Sign in as an admin user with the required permission (ORG_CPD_ADMIN).
- From the admin vertical navigation bar, go to the Groups & Workspaces page.
- Choose the group or workspace for which you want to view the assigned playlists.
- In the left-hand menu of the selected group, click on the "Assigned Playlists" link.
- A table displaying all playlists currently assigned to the group or workspace will appear.
- To assign a new playlist, click the "Assign Playlist" button in the top-right corner of the page.
- To remove a playlist, select the checkbox next to the playlist, enabling the "Unassign" button, then click it.
- Click on a playlist title to view the Learning Experiences table for that playlist.
