Add filters to slice and dice your results or compare subsets of your population. Filter options include self-identifying questions incorporated into the course, as well as any segmentation files that have been uploaded.
You can apply multiple filters simultaneously, with each filter comprising various combinations of columns and values. For example:
- Single column and value: Language = English
- Single column and multiple values: Language = English and French
- Multiple columns and single value from each column: Language = English + Level = Manager
- Multiple columns and/or values: Language = English and French + Level = Manager and Director
Once a filter is added, it will be selected by default when you click the filter icon on the left-hand side (highlighted in yellow). The selected filter will be outlined in blue, and a circle icon will appear on its right-hand side, indicating its active status.
Date ranges can also be applied as a filter. Select the drop down icon ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates and click apply. Please note, if you do not add a filter, all dates are selected by default.
Managing Filters
It’s easy to change which filter is being shown on the Dashboard: simply click on the filter icon.
To remove a filter, click on the trash can icon next to its name.
