Summary: Add advanced tracking that works with Learning Pool products. Works without configuration.
If you’re using Authoring - Library Content content with Learning Pool LXP, you won’t need to change any of these settings. There are a couple of optional configurations you may decide to enable, but it’ll work perfectly well without them.
Go to Extensions.
Click on Configure.
The first section of the settings (from specification to use registration) are useful if you’re using this content with a non-Learning Pool LMS, LXP, or LRS. Your platform will give you the various information that you need to input here.
The rest of the settings are used to specify which events should send xAPI statements. It’s useful to turn off the ones you aren’t interested in to save space, and you may want to turn others on so you can build a picture of how learners are progressing through your course.
By default, every statement relevant to assessments has been switched on. If you switch them off, the course won’t be able to report to your learning platform whether an assessment has been completed.
