Creating a new playlist

Non-linear: Defers to the access rules of the individual learning experience for learner access, which generally means that the learner can access any learning experience in the playlist in any order desired.
Linear: The order of learning experiences is important because the learner must meet the completion criteria for the first learning experience before being allowed to access the next, and so on.

To create a new playlist, open the playlists section of the admin menu and click CREATE NEW.

Name: The name of the playlist that the learner will see.
Description: The description of the playlist.	This isn't actually surfaced anywhere. So probably don't bother with it 🤷‍♂️
Hero image: An image.	This isn't actually surfaced anywhere. So probably don't bother with it 🤷‍♂️
Tile image: The image that's displayed when playlists are grouped together on the dashboard. You can learn about this in the Grouping playlists on the dashboard article. Recommended image size is 400 px (width) x 600 px (height)
User Permissions: Read Only: Ticking the ‘Read Only’ checkbox will prevent learners from adding anything other than recommended learning experiences to the playlist. Allow Duplicates: Ticking this will allow learners to add the same playlist to their dashboard multiple times.	When Allow Duplicates is ticked, the Add Playlist menu includes "on Dashboard" beneath any playlist a learner has already added.
Visibility: a ‘Secret’ playlist cannot be seen in the learner’s Add Playlist menu. It can only be assigned by an admin.

Dashboard Ordering: Set a display order for the playlist on the learner’s dashboard. This orders playlists from lowest to highest, and those with the same number will be ordered alphabetically.
