The employee page gives you an overview of your team members', including their department allocation, assigned capabilities, skills profile and Development Plan.
The search option at the top of the page allows you to search for a specific employee. The department filter option allows you to filter your employees by department.
To view additional details about an employee, click the collapsible icon located to the left of their name. This reveals four additional collapsible sections for Department, Assign capability, Employee profile and Personal Development plan
Within the Department section you can see the departments which this user is assigned to.
The Assign capability section allows you to see which capabilities have been assigned to the user, and gives you the option to assign additional capabilities.
The Employee profile gives you a full overview of a learner's skills, the skills they're currently developing, the measures they're taking to develop those skills, their strengths and development focus, and the roles they're following.
The Personal development timeline includes the same development information such as skills they're currently developing and the measures they're taking to develop those skills, but presents this information in a timeline. You can download an xls file containing an employee's profile by clicking Download profile (.xls) button. This exported file gives you a full breakdown of all of their skills and activity in Skills Builder:
