This page provides details on the four roles within Skills Builder: Employee, Manager, Admin and Framework Manager.
Each role has distinct permissions and data visibility limits. Use this guide to understand the specific access and permissions associated with each role.

Alternatively, you can contact our support team to have a custom role created, allowing non-org admins to be granted the Admin role in Skills Builder.

- Data Visibility: Framework managers can view the data of users within their assigned department or any department below them in the hierarchy. They cannot view the data of users in departments above them in the hierarchy.
- Capabilities Management: Framework managers can create and edit capabilities within their assigned department or any department below them in the hierarchy. They cannot create or edit capabilities in departments above them in the hierarchy.
