Site Managers (or a role with the required permissions) can upload users in bulk to an Audience. Important to note you can only bulk add users to a 'Set' audience. (You can visit our guide for more information on audiences).
Once you locate your audience, you will be presented with the below tabs. Select the 'Bulk add Members' to continue.
The required file to upload users in bulk-add must use the .CSV file extension.
When preparing the CSV file for upload, the file must contain the column heading 'username', with a list of usernames. Note the usernames must match active accounts on the site and should not contain deleted users.
Once the file has been prepared this can be uploaded as shown below.
Once completed the system will advise how many users have been added to the audience.
