Prerequisites: This block may need to be enabled on your site. If it is not visible in the Add a Block list simply contact the Support Team and ask for it to be enabled.
Summary: This Block is only available to add on course pages. The organisation enrolments block allows users with admin permissions to enrol learners onto a course from the course page. It’s enabled by default on every course page.
Who can enrol learners?
Anyone with the right level of permissions set for their role to allow them to configure this block: Organisation Enrolment will be able to add and configure the block. These permissions will need to be assigned by a Site Administrator.
How to enrol learners
Admins can enrol learners on a course by clicking on the Enrol users on this course link within the block, but only learners from within their organisation can be enrolled.
This will open the Enrolled users screen showing the existing learners enrolled on the course along with an option to enrol new users - only learners that belong to the admin’s organisation will be displayed here. Clicking on the Enrol users button will open a popup window that allows users to be searched for, and added.
The dropdown list at the top of the window, allows you to assign a role to users as they are enrolled on to the course. The Enrolment options dropdown allows you to recover the user’s old grades, and set the enrolment Click on the Finish enrolling users button to enrol the users on the course.
