Prerequisites: This block may need to be enabled on your site. If it is not visible in the Add a Block list simply contact the Support Team and ask for it to be enabled.
Summary: You need to have Programs and/or Certifications set up for this block to do anything. Add one-click compliance to remind learners what programs and certifications need to be completed.
One click compliance shows learners if they have any mandatory training to complete in a simple but impactful visual. This places compliance at the forefront of your organization, but also emphasises the learner’s responsibility for their own learning and compliance.
The block works in conjunction with programs and certifications. When the block has been added to a homepage or dashboard, the certifications and programs that the learner has been enrolled on will be displayed within it.
This block is usually added to a dashboard. If you need to know how to add a block you can refer to the Adding blocks guide.
Configuring the block
With the One Click Compliance block on your page start by selecting the and then selecting the Configure option in the menu.
In the Custom block settings, you will find the following options:
Show Description: Select this checkbox to display the description from the program or certification (Seen in the screenshot below, just below the title "Health and Safety").
Show Due date/Status: Ticking this will show the amount of time the learner has to complete the program or certification. This is shown by default (Seen in the screenshot below, above the title "Health and Safety").
Note: For programs you must have applied a due date.
Show Progress: Ticking this will show the progress that a learner has made on the program or certification.
You are Compliant: When this is enabled, the block displays a congratulations message to the learner.
Display Holding Image: You can upload an image which will be displayed on the page when all required learning has been completed. This needs to be enabled and the file uploaded to display (disabled by default and only visible when the option labelled ‘You are Compliant’ is disabled).
Once the learner has started completing the required learning, their progress will update and the Start Learning button will change to a Continue Learning button, which when clicked navigates the learner to the next activity to complete.
The images displayed in the One Click Compliance block are the images used in the creation of your programs and certifications.
