The completion tab within a program only becomes active when learners are added therefore making the program live. Within the completions tab, it lists out those users who have been assigned to the program.
The completions tab provides a simple overview of the learners assigned and what their status currently is. From here, it is also possible to look at the individual dates of the user listing out their due date, window open date as well as the completion date (all this information can also be found within a report also).
Clicking on 'Edit completion records' will provide a view of the user-selected progress.
What is contained within here?
The completion record is broken down into 3 different sections:
Current completion record
The above screenshot shows information based on the selected user who is assigned to the program. This section provides an overview where it is possible to tell what state (Complete or Incomplete) the user is currently in which is Status. The Due date shows their due date (typically set and calculated from the Assignments tab. There date below the Due date which indicate the date on which the user completed the program (Completion date).
Completion history
The completion history shows the user's completion history of the program. If there were to ever be a time that the user needs to take the program for a second time. Their current completion would be manually removed and could be added to their history within the Program.
This would typically be empty
Transactions
This section shows a list of all transactions that have occurred which relate to the user. This technical information can be used by Site managers to assist with troubleshooting.
Below is an overview of what this section will included:
- Events that naturally occur during the program, such as becoming complete, assigned and possibly unassigned.
- Manual changes made to the current or history completion records using this editor
- Changes to the program settings, such as the due dates.
- Changes caused by program completion uploads, or triggered indirectly by course completion uploads
- Automated fixes which were applied
