Overview
The Clone Certification feature in Learning Pool LMS allows site administrators and Site Managers to duplicate an existing certification or program, including details, content, appearance, messages and completion criteria. This simplifies the creation of similar recurring compliance programs or mandatory learning paths by minimizing setup time and ensuring consistency.
Creating a program or certification, in the current system is an overly complex and time-consuming process. Instead of simply selecting content and assigning it, users must complete a multi-step workflow that includes creating a program, naming it, writing a description, locating and adding the course, drafting notifications, and finally the assignment of learners. This process introduces inefficiencies and delays in delivering training content
.
