Prerequisites: You need to be an org admin to add terms & conditions.
If you enable terms & conditions, learners will be prompted to accept your terms and conditions when they first log into the learning platform.
How to add them
Go to Admin > Settings > Edit organisation and click Terms & Conditions:
The text you add here will be displayed on the terms & conditions screen. The terms & conditions screen will only be displayed once you have ticked the Require users to accept Terms & Conditions checkbox and clicked Save.
If learners do not accept your terms & conditions, they'll not be granted access and will see a screen like this:
Note: If you enable terms & conditions, existing learners will also be prompted to accept them before they can continue using the learning platform. This includes admins.
