Note: The Menu Item completion extension would only apply to courses that are using the - Box Menu - Custom.
What it does:
The Menu Item Completion extension adds text to menu screens advising users if pages are Not Started, In Progress or Complete.
How to enable it:
- Go to extensions
- Search for - Menu Item Completion
- Click the Add button
- Click on settings
- Enable the - Is enabled - toggle
- Click on Save
Configuring the Menu Item Completion:
The Menu Item Completion does not have a much in regards to configurations behind it and would only provide options for updating the wording that will appear against the menu items on the menu page.
- Completed text - The text that will be displayed when all content within the page have been completed.
- In progress text - The text that displays when some components have been marked complete within a course page but there is still content to complete.
- Not Started test - The text that appears when no components have been marked complete within a course page.
- Prefix Text for the Page menu item number - The text that will be added before the number on the menu item for each of the course pages within the course.
- Prefix Text for the Section menu item number - The text that will be added before the number on the menu item for each of the sections within the course.
