In August 2025, we revolutionised the way that search works in the Learning Platform.
Using the same technology as AI large language models (LLMs - see note below), the Learning Platform now returns more relevant search results from a wider array of learning experience and content metadata in a shorter period of time.
We've introduced a modern scrollable list view, an improved filter system, and enhanced content match visibility - making search faster, more engaging, and seamless.
To enable Modern Search in your organisation, read these instructions.
Note: None of your data is ever used by our sub-processors (e.g. AWS) to train other models. Nor is your data accessible outside of our secure infrastructure.

Modern Search works with both the modern and old UI as well as both the standard and advanced searches.
