The Events system includes an enhanced, native reporting functionality to give you clear, actionable insights into your training. All reports are available within the Events admin area and can be exported in CSV format for further analysis.
Event Schedules report
This report provides a high-level overview of all schedules within an Event, including remaining spaces, bookings, waitlists, and cancellations.
How to access this report:
- Navigate to an event page within the admin
- Click 'Reports' in the left-hand navigation
- Click 'Event Schedule' in the navigation
Data Provided:
- Event Name
- Schedule Names
- Signup Opens
- Signup Closes
- Places Available
- Number of Bookings
- Number of Waitlisted
- Number of Cancellations
Schedules Signups Report
This report gives a detailed breakdown of all signups for all schedules within an Event, including individual participant registrations and booking activity.
How to access this report:
- Navigate to a schedule page within an event in the admin
- Click 'Reports' in the left-hand navigation
- Click 'Schedule Signups'

- First Name
- Last Name
- User ID
- Job Role
- Manager
- Schedule Name
- Booking Status
- Signup (Date and Time)
- Additional Notes

Attendance Reports
Attendance reports provide detailed attendance information and can be run at both the Schedule and Session level.
Schedule-level Attendance Report
How to access this report:
- Navigate to a schedule page within an event in the admin
- Click 'Reports' in the left-hand navigation
- Click 'Schedule Attendance'

- First Name
